Fairchild Semiconductor—the supplier of power analog, power discrete and signal path components that optimize system power—said that it will demonstrate its technologies and design expertise at PCIM China 2007, March 21-23 in Shanghai.
Fairchild will highlight power products that increase system efficiency and performance, decrease board space and accelerate design cycles. These solutions include the range of integrated SPM devices for optimizing performance and saving space in motor inverter designs; energy-efficient ballast ICs for HID, LED, CFL and LFL lighting systems; as well as an array of devices that address the growing need for lowering power consumption in the computing and consumer markets.
Fairchild technologists will present environmental stewardship: how semiconductor suppliers help to meet energy-efficiency regulations and voluntary specifications in China; high power density in power modules; low Qgd 200 to 250V UltraFET trench MOSFETs with low Trr and Qrr for Synchronous Rectification, AC/DC and DC/DC Applications; and impact of mounting-height variation on DC-DC converter FET peak ring voltage.
