Cimmetry Systems, an Agile Software company and global provider in Collaborative Visualization solutions, and LDSI, provider of legal document solutions, signed a new Independent Software Vendor (ISV) agreement.
LDSI will embed AutoVue Office, Web Edition, viewing and annotation capabilities into its web-based document management and e-discovery solutions. With AutoVue Office, LDSI customers will gain extensive native document viewing, as well as versatile document review and annotation capabilities, for Office, PDF and graphic document types directly from within the LDSI environment. This integrated solution will enable litigation firms to quickly and reliably search, locate, view, review and collaborate on a large volume of electronic documents. Users can access and view documents without requiring the authoring applications that created them, and can provide feedback on these documents, without ever downloading or altering the originals.
Noel Kilby, joint managing director at LDSI, said, "We are very excited about this ISV agreement with Cimmetry Systems. LDSI considers that the future of e-discovery solutions lies in a web-based service offering. Combined with AutoVue Office, our web-based solutions go far beyond simple search and management facilities. AutoVue Office adds significant value to LDSI solutions through its document viewing, review and collaboration capabilities. Our users can now find, access, view and review in a timely, secure and reliable manner, company information, Q&A, complex due-diligence documents, as well as many types of data that can serve as evidence."
