The WM8510 mono codec includes a driver for a speaker or a headset, two microphone inputs, and two dedicated analog-audio outputs with volume control. The codec operates at a supply voltage of 2.5 to 3.6V, although the digital core can operate at voltages as low as 1.62V. Speaker and mono outputs use a separate supply voltage as high as 5V.
