Enjoy Media Holdings Limited has reported its unaudited interim results for the period ended June 30, 2006.
Highlights for the 2006 interim report:
-Revenue for the first six months in 2006 was $1,096,767, of which had exceeded the annual revenue $817,616 in year 2005.
-Net income for the first six months in 2006 was $31,877, of which had exceeded the annual net income $19,026 in year 2005.
-The interim report includes results from subsidiaries: Guangzhou ZhiRui Advertising Limited, Guangzhou Faxian Media Limited, Guangzhou Enjoy Tianhua Advertising Limited, Guangzhou CheQing Network Technology Limited, Guangzhou LangHui Information Technology Limited, and Jinan HuiZhi Advertising Limited.
Enjoy Media also announced today that it has appointed Mr. Junhong Zhang as the non executive director and chairman of Enjoy Media as of August 22, 2006, replacing Mr. David Chen, who has resigned as the non executive director and chairman. Mr. Zhang is the president of Shanghai Super Media Advertising Limited. Enjoy Media recently signed a formal agreement to acquire Super Media. Under Mr. Zhang's direction, Enjoy Media can look to expand and strengthen its advertising business in new and existing markets in China.
