Total power solution for mobile phone panel

RichTek has introduced two new products for the mobile phone market. The RT9360 is a high efficiency charge pump white LED driver that supports up to four white LEDs with regulated, constant current for uniform intensity. The IC maintains high efficiency by utilizing a X1/X1.5/X2 factional charge pump and low dropout current regulators. Users can easily configure each LED current through an external resistor. Three digital inputs can be programmed to control the white LED's on/off.

The RT9273, a compact, high efficiency and high integration driver IC for dual panel mobile phone applications, is a two-channel power supply IC that supports OLED power and TFT/CSTN white LED backlights. The IC economizes on PCB real estate by using just one inductor.
