BSG Clearing Solutions (BSG) has announced an agreement with Malaysian operator DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd to deliver international roaming financial clearing services.
Under the agreement, BSG will manage financial clearing and settlement for the company’s network of over 200 international roaming partners, including determining operators’ net cash positions and transacting the foreign exchange of funds across various currencies.
“BSG is helping us to simplify the financial clearing process by offering flexibility and visibility that allows us to manage our settlement efficiently without compromise on control and governance,” said Johan Dennelind, chief financial officer at DiGi.
Atul Devani, chief executive of BSG’s wireless services, said: “We’re thrilled to increase our Asian client base through this partnership with Malaysia’s fastest-growing mobile operator and will fully support DiGi as their international roaming customer base continues to expand.”
