Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. has announced that the Company's ZQP PLI battery cell series was awarded one of the 2006 "Customer Satisfied Top Ten China Industry Brand Names" by the The General Bureau of National Product Quality Control and Assurance of the People's Republic of China, in late December 28, 2006.
According to the award committee, the award candidates were selected based upon the principles of justification, fairness, and openness. Winners were decided by a process that integrated the results of public voting, on-site due diligence, and expert review.
The Company's polymer lithium ion battery has been used in mine lamps, digital cameras, as well as electronic vehicles, etc.
Mr. Zhiguo Fu, Chairman & CEO of Advanced Battery Technologies, commented, "This award is both a compliment for our past achievement and a horsewhip for our future harder work. And I always focus more on the future."
