ILS Technology Inc. has announced that it has entered into a joint development agreement with Mitsubishi Electric Corp. Under the agreement, Mitsubishi will use ILS Technology’s deviceWISE 2.0 framework to expand the functionality of its Q Series programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in the areas of database connectivity, service oriented architecture (SOA) connectivity and configuration management.

This increased level of connectivity enables greater business intelligence by allowing companies to operate with peak efficiency and productivity.”
