Cypress Semiconductor Corp. will be making presentations of two upcoming events targeting financial institutions, investors and analysts.
The first event, Cypress's Annual Stockholder Meeting, will be held on Thursday, May 3, at 10:00 a.m. local time at Cypress's headquarters, 198 Champion Court in San Jose, Calif. The event, to be featured on the Internet at

On May 10, Cypress's Senior Vice President and Treasurer, Neil Weiss, will address Piper Jaffray's annual technology conference at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
