Denali and LeCroy Demonstrate Industry-Leading PCIe 2.0 Solutions at PCI-SIG Developers' Conference
(Interviews, 23 May 2007 )
Denali Software Inc., a provider of electronic design automation (EDA) software and intellectual property (IP), and LeCroy Corp., a supplier of oscilloscopes and serial protocol analyzers, today announced the availability of a comprehensive solution, including PureSpec(TM) PCIe verification IP and Databahn(TM) PCIe design IP from Denali and LeCroy's PCI Express Gen2 Protocol Analyzer to deploy PCI Express (PCIe) technology, which supports the latest 2.0 specification from the PCI-SIG. LeCroy's Protocol Analyzer and new x16 Gen2 Interposer Card coupled with Denali's proven design and verification IP tools provides an integrated and pre-tested solution that speeds customers' adoption of PCIe 2.0. This combined solution is being demonstrated in Denali's and LeCroy's booths at the PCI-SIG Developers' Conference, being held May 21-22 in San Jose, CA.
"Our collaboration with LeCroy pairs the most advanced pre-silicon IP and tools with the leading post-silicon solutions for incorporating PCIe 2.0 technology," remarks David Lin, vice president of product marketing for Denali. "We are continually working with our mutual customers to provide them with the highest-quality test solutions for current and future PCI Express products."
"New probing like the PCI Express Interposer card used with LeCroy's PCI Express 2.0 Protocol analyzer continues to satisfy our customers' high-performance needs," said John Wiedemeier, product marketing manager at LeCroy. "Denali's PCIe IP combined with LeCroy's protocol analysis reduces integration issues and speeds time-to-market."
