Nidec to Delist Its Singaporean Subsidiary Brilliant From SGX
(Interviews, 18 Jul 2007 )

Nidec Corp. has announced that the shareholders of its Singaporean subsidiary, Brilliant Manufacturing Ltd, approved the Delisting Proposal resolution at the extraordinary general meeting held on July 16, 2007.

Brilliant will be delisted from SGX in mid-August.
