Mouser Electronics and Epson Electronics America Enter Into Distribution Agreement

Mouser Electronics Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with Epson Electronics America (EEA), a leader in semiconductor products that include integrated circuits, timing devices, and LCD controllers. Led by Seiko Epson Corp., EEA is the regional headquarters for the company's electronic device and component business for the Americas, covering the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Epson's LCD controllers feature high-performance, low-power consumption for use in a variety of CPUs and a wide range of LCD panels. Mouser currently stocks Epson's extensive range of LCD controllers, TV out controllers, USB controllers, and supporting evaluation boards.
"We believe Mouser is well suited to serve customers in the early stages of development that require rapid delivery. Our new LCD Controller products will help provide a complete system solution from one source," said David Lamar, General Manager of EEA.
