This 3.3V, HCMOS ceramic surface mount oscillator features a small form factor and low power consumption. The F230 is designed for use in portable and space-constrained devices including laptop computers, PDAs, cellphones, DVD players, MP3 players, video and digital cameras, as well as PCMCIA cards, Bluetooth, small rack-mount and portable test equipment. It measures 2.5 x 2.0mm, and requires 7mA of input current during full operation, and 5µA of power during standby operation.
