NETGEAR wins “Best of Innovations” in Home Networking Category in Innovations 2008 Design and Engineering Awards Program at CES

NETGEAR, Inc. announced at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) that the NETGEAR Powerline HD Plus Ethernet Adapter (HDX111) has won the prestigious Best of Innovations Award in the Innovations 2008 Design and Engineering Awards program. The HDX111 was selected as the top product in the home networking category based upon criteria that included outstanding engineering and design qualities, unique and novel features, user value, and contributions to consumers’ quality of life.
Five additional NETGEAR products were named as honorees in the home networking category including the HD/Gaming 5GHz Wireless-N Networking Kit (WNHDEB111), Pre-DOCSIS 3.0 Wireless Cable Voice Gateway (CBVG834), ReadyNAS Duo 2-Bay Gigabit Desktop Network Storage, ReadyNAS Pro 6-Bay Gigabit Desktop Network Storage, and Space Saving Powerline Network Extender Kit (XEPSB103).
