Telegent Systems, the company that makes television mobile with its high-performance single-chip mobile TV solutions, announced the TLG1120, said to be the industry's first single-chip CMOS mobile TV receiver supporting worldwide TV broadcast standards. The TLG1120 delivers global support for NTSC, PAL, and SECAM TV broadcasts, expanding the market for mobile TV and providing consumers with the same live, familiar content that they view and enjoy in their home.
The TLG1120 is a high performance, ultra-low power and small footprint solution that is easy to design-in and manufacture. The TLG1120 delivers the highest level of integration including the RF tuner, demodulator, decoder, video processing, scaler, FM stereo radio and universal interface in a 7 x 7 mm QFN package. It provides the highest sensitivity to deliver a positive consumer experience and ultra-low power for extended TV viewing and portable operation. Its SureTrak DSP-based multi-path and Doppler compensation technology provides stable picture quality for speed up to 430 km per hour.
