NovaTel, Five9 announce joint venture to provide virtual call center in US, Philippines, India and Latin America

NovaTel Ltd., a US-based provider of international long distance services to domestic and international call centers, and Five9 Inc., global provider of on-demand call center solutions, announced a joint marketing agreement for NovaTel to resell the Five9 Virtual Call Center in the United States, the Philippines, India and Latin America.

Michael V. Parker, COO of NovaTel, said, “Hosted call center applications are a value added service that can create tremendous flexibility for our domestic and offshore call center customers. With Five9, we will be able to offer customers additional advanced, on-demand call center solutions that require just a PC and broadband connection to deploy - a valuable service during this growth period of the call center market space.”

Brian Silverman, president and CEO of Five9, stated, “The agreement with NovaTel is very exciting for us.
