On its second continuous assessment audit of Zetex Semiconductor's ISO14001 certified environmental management system, the assessment body Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL) has issued a zero non-conformance and zero opportunities for improvement report.
"In all my year's of auditing environmental management systems this was the first time that I have ever issued a 'zero-zero' outcome," said David Russell , UL's lead auditor. "The systems at Zetex are very well defined, easy to follow and robust in their design and implementation."
Russell continued, "The well established 'Green Team' at Zetex continues to demonstrate the highest level of commitment to the systems in place and to be proactive in adding new dimensions to all aspects of environmental control."
