TCS inaugurates North America delivery center in Cincinnati, Ohio

New Delhi: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)—an IT services, business solutions and outsourcing organization,--announced the opening of its North America Delivery Center called TCS Seven Hills Park. Located in Milford, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati, the facility sits on 220 wooded acres and is the largest TCS facility in North America.

Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, said, “Ohio prides itself on our business-friendly environment and we are always looking to increase economic opportunities for our citizens. TCS has been a good corporate citizen in Ohio for many years. We are excited that TCS has decided to make this significant long-term investment, making Ohio home to the newest and fastest-growing sectors of the economy."

Ramadorai, chief executive officer and managing director of Tata Consultancy Services, stated, “The Cincinnati campus is a strategic investment to create an information technology eco-system in the state together with our customers and local universities. It reflects our long term commitment to customers in one of our key markets globally and will not only serve our North American customers but also help showcase innovation and our suite of offerings. We would like to thank Governor Strickland and his team for making this possible and helping TCS build long-term base and become part of the local business community.”

N. Chandrasekaran, TCS’ chief operating officer and executive director, noted, “After extensive research for the best location for our North American campus, we selected Cincinnati and the Ohio region as it met all our criteria in terms of proximity to customers, strong talent pool, and a significant economic base that includes 10 Fortune 500 companies. TCS Seven Hills Park is an integral part of our Global Network Delivery Model™ which includes large delivery centers in India, Latin America, China, Europe and now North America, all of them providing a quality of service and a certainty of outcome that our customers have come to expect from TCS.”
