Multi-cell, synchronous switch-mode charger: The bq24751A series are highly integrated, synchronous battery charger controllers with integrated compensation and system power selector. Ratiometric charge current and voltage programming allow very high regulation accuracies. The devices feature fixed 300-kHz NMOS-NMOS sync buck with 6-V gate drive as well as 30-ns minimum driver dead-time and 99.5% (max) duty cycle. Applications for the products include portable DVD and media players, smart handhelds, industrial and medical equipment and portable equipment.
