The TPS62315 is a fixed 1.875-V output converter supporting up to 500-mA load current and allows the use of tiny, low-cost chip inductors and capacitors. With an output voltage range down to 0.6V, the device supports low-voltage DSP processors. The device provides up to 93% efficiency and features 3MHz switching frequency. It is an option for cell phones, smart phones, WLAN and Bluetooth applications, PDAs, pocket PCs, USB-based DSL modems and digital cameras.
