Platinum SMD flat chip temperature sensors in standard sizes

The PTS 0603, PTS 0805, and PTS 1206 platinum SMD flat chip temperature sensors offer advanced thin film technology in three standard chip sizes — 0603, 0805, and 1206. All feature short reaction times of ≤5s (in air) and a temperature range from -55° up to +155°C. Featuring B and 2B tolerance classes, the devices provide a linear temperature characteristic of +3850ppm/K, and offer resistance values of 100Ω, 500Ω, and 1kΩ, with other values available on request.
