New catalogue introduces niche suppliers, latest technology and innovative services

(Product News, 10 Jun 2008 )

Farnell-Newark has launched its new 2008 catalogues that detail over 105,000 products from more than 600 leading technology suppliers to support millions of design engineers, maintenance and repair (MRO) and purchasing professionals globally.

The new catalogue includes over 45,000 new products with significant expansion of the product range for electronic design. Farnell-Newark aims to support its customers from initial electronic design concept, through to production by providing a unique combination of the widest choice of leading technology products, backed by the best technical support at the most competitive prices.
As well as offering the most commonly used devices and components, the new catalogue also includes the latest high-end technology products from niche suppliers. This ideally places Farnell-Newark as a single source for electronic design engineers and aims to assist them in gaining a technological competitive advantage.

Farnell-Newark recognises that the availability of technical data is critical for design engineers. In recognition of this the company’s established easy to navigate catalogue structure has been retained. Simple and fast component selection is enhanced by the inclusion of new key technical specification points and image selector charts. This is further supported by technical assistance via phone or email from a team qualified technical advisors.

Farnell-Newark now offers a range of over 350,000 stocked products through its catalogues and website with an extensive library providing technical data on the complete range. Impartial advice and comprehensive support on legislation is also available from the global market leader in RoHS, accessible via the Farnell-Newark website.
All products stocked at our distribution centre in Singapore are delivered same day in Singapore and next day to Malaysia. The company has also recently established next day delivery direct to our Penang customers.
