Protection diode features a 1.5-pF capacitance

The VBUS051BD-HD1 ESD (electrostatic-discharge) single-line protection diode provides a 1.5-pF capacitance. The device provides a 0.1-µA maximum-leakage current at 5V, a 15V maximum-clamping voltage at 3A, and 7.9V typical- and 8.7V maximum-voltage ratings at 1-mA. The diode comes in a LLP1006 package measuring 0.6×1×0.38-mm, and costs $9 (100).
