Crystek's CVCO55CC-2425-2440 VCO operates from 2425 MHz to 2440 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V~4.7V. It features a typical phase noise of -113 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Packaged in a 0.5. x 0.5-in. SMD package, it has an input voltage is 5.0V, with a max current consumption of 40mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.00MHz and 0.50MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20dBc typical. Ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
