The bq2412x series are highly integrated, synchronous, switch-mode charge management devices for single- or two-cell Li-Ion and Li-Pol battery packs. The device charges the battery in three phases: conditioning, constant current and constant voltage. Charge termination is based on a user-selectable minimum current level. The bq2412x series has a 1.1MHz fixed-frequency PWM controller and is compatible with portable DVD and media players, smart handhelds, industrial and medical equipment and portable equipment applications.
