Power Integrations has announced that Bill Roeschlein has been appointed chief financial officer and corporate secretary, effective June 30, 2008.
Roeschlein comes to Power Integrations with more than 15 years of corporate financial management, investment banking and public accounting experience. Since 2006, he has served as chief financial officer of Selectica, Inc., a publicly traded provider of sales configuration and contract management software solutions. Previously, Roeschlein was vice president of finance and corporate controller of Ultra Clean Technology, a publicly traded supplier of subsystems primarily for the semiconductor capital equipment industry. He has also held financial management roles at Asyst Technologies, a provider of automation systems to the semiconductor industry, as well as Hewlett-Packard Co.
Roeschlein's background also includes investment banking experience at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he served clients in semiconductors and other technology industries. Mr. Roeschlein is also a Certified Public Accountant, with four years of public accounting experience at Coopers & Lybrand. He earned an MBA in finance from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
