The ISL78100 is a high power integrated LED driver designed for display backlighting and body electronics applications. It is designed specifically to withstand harsh automotive environments, and features two methods of controlling LED light level; a DC bias current, or through the use of an external PWM signal for more accurate control of the LED color temperature. AEC-Q100-rated and fully TS16949-compliant, including a higher process CPK. Rated for the automotive temperature range (-40° to +105° C) and, comes in a 4 x 4 x 0.9mm QFN package.
