Compact RoHS-compliant resistor exhibits high stability in harsh environments

TT electronics IRC has developed a Tantalum Nitride 0402 chip resistor to expand its comprehensive offering of precision thin film chip resistors. Designated the PFC Series, the chip resistors are constructed on IRC's ultra stable patented Tantalum Nitride (TaNFilm) thin film resistive element for proven long life and high stability in harsh environments.
