The Numonyx Axcell M29F will be available with automotive-grade solutions qualified with AEC-Q100 specification to operate at extreme temperatures of -40°C to 85°C and -40°C to 125°C for both automotive and industrial market segments. It will be offered in TSOP48 and SO44 packages, with leaded and lead free options, and as known-good-die (KGD) solutions.
