Fox Electronics’ F200 Series of small form factor, low voltage oscillators is rated at 1V and comes in a 2.5x2mm package. The device also features a standby function that reduces its current consumption to 5µA for more efficient power usage. The F200’s extremely low current draw of 2.5mA across the 1.8MHz to 32MHz frequency range and 3.5mA from 32.1MHz to 50MHz makes the device ideal for a wide range of environments with minimal air circulation, such as compact consumer electronics and weather-proof enclosures.
Stabilities of the F200 range from ±20ppm to ±100ppm across an operating temperature range of -10°C to 70°C, with ±25ppm through ±100ppm stabilities available across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
