ESD Protection Diodes Capable to 26kV

(Product News, 01 Jul 2009 )

The PESD5V0L1UA, PESD5V0L1UB, and PESD5V0L1UL low-capacitance, unidirectional ESD protection diodes of NXP Semiconductors feature ESD protection up to 26kV and a low diode capacitance of 25pF. The devices have a low clamping voltage of 12V and very low leakage current of 10nA.

Suitable for computers and peripherals, SIM card protection, A/V equipment, portable electronics, and cellular handsets and accessories, the devices come in small SMD plastic packages designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. The diodes are qualified to AEC-Q101 standard.
