NEC Asia, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC Corp., is formalizing its partnership with MCS Electronics LLC, a leading operator in the information technology industry of Mongolia through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
With this MOU, MCS Electronics will become NEC Asia’s Commercial Reseller for NEC’s Server Platform, Virtual PC Center (VPCC), NEC Eco Data Center, Disaster Recovery Center, and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Mongolian market, where demand for IT solutions and services are projected to grow exponentially in the next few years.

MCS Electronics has been operating successfully in the IT industry of Mongolia for over ten years and has grown to become a leading company, owning over 30 percent of the computer market share since it was established in 1997. The company also has vested interests in providing Internet service, Satellite Internet and data communications, and WiMAX based wireless broadband Internet services in the country.
