Flat chip resistors feature TCR as low as ± 5ppm/K

Vishay Intertechnology Inc.’s TNPU e3 series of high-precision thin film flat chip resistors in 0603, 0805, and 1206 case sizes provide extremely stable and reliable operation, even under harsh environmental conditions. The resistors feature tolerances as low as ±0.05 percent and TCR values down to ±5ppm/K across a temperature range of -55°C to 125 °C. Standard resistance values range from 100Ω to 511kΩ.
