Bel Fuse Inc. has expanded its 0ZCx Series of surface mountable polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) resettable fuses. Offered in five EIA/IECQ case sizes—0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, or 2920—the chip fuses are rated up to 60VDC with current ratings from 50mA to 3A. The devices boast a fast trip time and operate within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The RoHS-compliant, lead-free and halogen-free Series features Bel’s unique polymer formulation to ensure long-life performance and superior overcurrent protection in the broadest range of consumer electronics.
