RS Adds 1,200 SANYO Semiconductor Products in its Online Catalog

RS Components has announced the launch of 1,200 types of products manufactured by SANYO Semiconductor Co. Ltd through its online catalog RS Online.

The products include high-performance discrete power and RF devices used in digital A/V equipment, mobile phones, motor drivers, and amorphous silicon solar cells. Discrete components include MOSFETs, low-voltage driving flash IGBTs, and low-voltage and RF bipolar transistors.

“We are honored to be able to contribute to the R&D sector across broader technological fields by expanding our product lines for high-performance semiconductors products, [which are now] now fortified with the latest technologically advanced offerings from SANYO Semiconductor. To aid designers in their product development and design process, all products by SANYO Semiconductor will be available for purchase on a same-day delivery basis, regardless of the lot size,” said Go Nakano, RS’s APAC product marketing head.
