The MathWorks announced that it has opened an office in Sydney, Australia. The MathWorks Australia Pty Ltd, that will be responsible for selling and supporting the Company's MATLAB and Simulink product platforms throughout the country.
Jeanne O'Keefe, chief financial officer, The MathWorks, said, "A presence in Australia improves The MathWorks ability to support the extensive growth of technical computing and model-based design throughout the Asia Pacific region and underscores the company's commitment to accelerating the pace of engineering and science globally."
