High-voltage conversion IC lowers system cost
( 01 May 2006 )



The TinySwitch-III is a cost-effective IC for universal input power supplies ranging from 3 to 28W. It enables designs with fewer components than competing discrete and integrated solutions; features a 700V MOSFET alongside low-voltage control circuitry on a monolithic IC; and provides efficiency at both heavy and light loads.
