Mouser Electronics Inc., catalog distributor in the electronics industry, announced that it has signed an agreement with NEC Electronics America to distribute the company’s metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diodes, low drop-out (LDO) voltage regulators, and universal serial bus (USB) 2.0 products, as well as other NEC Electronics product lines that will be added soon.
