I-O DATA brings AVeL LinkPlayer2 with Intel Viiv technology

I-O Data Device USA Inc. (I-O DATA) announced the availability of the AVeL LinkPlayer2 with support for Intel Viiv technology. AVeL LinkPlayer2 is a networked digital media and DVD player with support for High Definition (HD 1080i/720p) file formats such as Microsoft Windows Media Video 9 (WMV9) HD, MPEG2-TS, and DivX HD.
Intel Viiv technology allows users to access, share, and manage digital media, including movies, music, games, and photos. The AVeL LinkPlayer2’s basic software is designed by Syabas Technology, and has been verified as compatible by the Intel Viiv certification program.
