Janakiraman (Jani) heads R&D Services of MindTree Consulting as President and CEO providing Product Realization Services. R&D Services provides product design services through its Engineering Practice and licensable technology building blocks through Research Practice.
Starting from scratch, Jani has built the organization to 900 technology professionals executing projects in leading technology areas for customers like ABB, Alcatel, Broadcom, Cisco, CoSystems, Epson, Intel, LSI Logic, Mirapoint, Nera, Sony, StorageTek, Symantec , Texas Instruments, Toshiba Transera, and United Technologies. The Product Realization is achieved through integration of Hardware Engineering, Systems and Applications software adhering to industry compliant protocol standards and SEI CMM Level 5 processes.
Prior to co-founding MindTree, Jani had served as Chief Executive of Global R&D, a leading division of Wipro, growing it from 150 people into a R&D Lab of 1,800 people.
Jani has rich experience in building R&D Services organizations through setting up multiple dedicated development centers for R&D divisions of IT equipment vendors, providing architecture, design and development and testing services in the emerging technology space.
Jani holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from the Regional Engineering College , Trichy , India , and a Master's degree in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai , India . He is an Executive Committee member of India Semiconductor Association (ISA) and Advisory Board Member of Cadence Asia Pacific Advisory Board (APCAB).

About Mr Neeraj Varma

Neeraj Varma is the Country Sales Manager for Xilinx India . Having joined Xilinx in October 2005, he oversees the company’s sales operations in India which includes field sales personnel, sales representatives and distributor partners.
Previously, Neeraj worked for CG-CoreEl, Xilinx's representative company in India . He was responsible for setting up and leading the representative team consisting of key account managers and Specialist Field Application Engineers to support Xilinx, PMC-Sierra and AccelChip product lines. He started his career as an embedded design engineer for industrial automation applications, then moved on to a variety of sales and marketing positions in programmable logic, semiconductor and EDA tools with companies such as Insight-Memec and Synplicity.
Neeraj is an Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering graduate from Amravati University . He received his MBA in Marketing from Pune.

Mr. Jiwei Du currently leads the market development program for Digital Design Test for Asia Pacific region at Agilent Technologies. He has an industry experience of over nine years and has successfully driven the digital business of Agilent across Asian markets. He has very good knowledge of the customers and the electronics industry.
Jiwei started his career as a VXI Application Engineer and has since then worked in various capacities in Application Engineering and Market Development.
Jiwei holds a Masters degree in Communication and Electronics System from Electronics Engineering Research Centre, NanJing , China . His technical papers on Signal Integrity Measurement and Mixed Signal Testing with MSO have been carried in esteemed publications.

About Ms Shelley Gretlein, LabVIEW Real-Time and Embedded team manager National Instruments
Shelley Gretlein is the LabVIEW Real-Time and Embedded team manager for National Instruments. Actively involved in industry consortia on instrument control and industrial control, Gretlein has been a graphical system and embedded design consultant for various publications. She joined National Instruments in 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and management systems from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
About Mr Razak Mohammedali, Program manager, South Asia Pacific
Altera
Razak Mohammedali is the University Program Manager for Altera - South Asia Pacific.
Razak has been with Altera for more than 6 years.
He holds an MS degree from UT Austin, an MBA from Santa Clara University
and an MS degree from IIT Kharagpur.
Chandra has been with Tektronix for the last 5 years in various capacities. As an Engineer he has worked very closely with the industry on critical projects and handled complex issues in the debugging.

Vinod has published a number of technical papers and has a design patent in his name. He holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina, Columbia and a Master of Engineering, Power Electronics and Electrical Drives from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
