Numonyx's Latest NAND Flash Memories Targeted at Wireless, Embedded Apps

Numonyx B.V. has launched its latest series of NAND flash memory devices for use in wireless, embedded and data storage applications. These include up to 32Gb multi-level cell (MLC) NAND, 32GB eMMC and up to 8GB microSD products fabricated on the advanced 41nm process technology.
