Keysight's Infiniium MXR-Series scopes offer up to 8 channels with 6 GHz of bandwidth on every channel, plus dozens of hardware/software options.
The Infiniium MXR-Series oscilloscopes from Keysight Technologies offer up to 8 channels with up to 6 GHz of bandwidth on every channel, plus dozens of hardware and software options. ASIC-driven processing achieves eight instruments in one, including a real-time spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, digital voltmeter, waveform generator, Bode plotter, counter, protocol analyzer, and logic analyzer.
The MXR-Series comprises 12 models with bandwidth ranging from 500 MHz to 6 GHz and four or eight channels. Fast test speeds are accomplished using ASICs, as well as accurate measurements with ENOB up to 9.0 and noise as low as 43 µV. The instruments’ real-time spectrum analyzer achieves a 100% probability of detection in the frequency domain, even for asynchronous errors. All models have a maximum sample rate of 16 Gsamples/s.
An extensive suite of software tools focuses on power integrity, high-speed digital test, and verification. A built-in fault hunter speeds root cause identification and resolution of rare or randomly occurring errors.
Remote collaboration is possible with PathWave Infiniium offline analysis software. Design teams can perform extensive analysis and data manipulation after bench measurements are complete.
