PXI instruments headline top new test products for 2016

The HSSLTA link-training software option is one of the new test products that caught the eye of *EE Times*' senior technical editor Martin Rowe.

As so often happens, September and October were good months for new test & measurement products. Here are some of the best that came across my desk. Do you use any of these products?

The HSSLTA link-training software option for the Tektronix 70GHz DPO70000SX oscilloscope lets you automate measurements on signal equalisation at the highest data rates in use today.

National Instruments PXIe-5164 high-voltage PXI oscilloscope adds FPGA technology to let you program your own instrument after digitising signals. It also supports a wide range of voltage inputs.

Spectrum Instrumentation's M4x 1, 2 and 4-channel PXI AWGs let you add analog signals to an automated test system to simulate actual conditions.

Dataq Instruments’ DI-808 data logger can be used by any device with a web browser running under any operating system.

The Keithley S540 semiconductor test system combines a source-measure unit, DMM, software and other instruments into an automated system for wafer-level parametric measurements of power devices, including silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN).
