Murata's polymer aluminium electrolytic capacitor features 16V rated voltage and 33µF capacitance in a 3.5mm x 2.8mm case size.
Murata Manufacturing has introduced a polymer aluminium electrolytic capacitor for use in mobile devices such as laptop PCs, thin televisions and AV equipment.
Until now, tantalum capacitors have been the main choice in the B case (1411) range, but multilayer polymer aluminium electrolytic capacitors feature a low ESR. Murata's capacitor offers 105°C durability, 16V rated voltage and 33µF capacitance in a 3.5mm x 2.8mm case size.
Murata plans to expand the line-up in the months ahead. Mass production will start in April 2017.
